Here are a few guidelines as to what to expect during your visit to the Urban Retreat.
Walk into the Urban Retreat and you will be greeted by one of our team who will check you in and show you to the cloakroom and waiting area.

-Arrive 15minutes before your appointment to enable you to complete a consultation form.
Or download it here and email it back to us or bring it in on the day. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be offered the rest of your appointment at the full price. If you arrive later than 15 mins we will do everything we can to accommodate you.-Mobile phones are to be switched off in all treatment areas.
-Leave jewellery and other valuables at home. Urban Retreat cannot be responsible for lost or stolen articles.
-Note that for your comfort we have a no smoking policy throughout the spa.
-Disposable underwear is provided for waxing and body treatments.
-Please do not wax 12 hrs before a tanning appointment.
-If you have not had a patch test for your eyelash tint you will be required to sign a consent form.
-A 50% deposit is required at time of booking for treatments over £150.00
-24 hrs notice is required when cancelling an appointment or 50% of the charge will be made.
-Please note that a credit card confirmation will be required at time of booking.
